Treatment Coordinator
I am the treatment coordinator for Berman & Masoud Orthodontics, so I conduct new patient exams and consultations, and coordinate the billing, contracts, insurance, and financing for our patients. I enjoy welcoming new patients to the practice because I know that their experience here will be so positive. Drs. Berman and Lee do amazing work and are honest about the care they provide. Our patients gain so much confidence, and it’s wonderful to be a part of all those wonderful smiles.

I’ve been with Berman & Masoud Orthodontics since 2016. I love being here because the doctors and team members are all fun to work with and make me laugh. I also enjoy greeting the patients and parents as they walk through the door. There are always new faces coming in and I love getting to know them all.
I was born in Richmond, VA and grew up locally in McLean. I went to college in Miami, The U! I've also lived in Harrisburg, PA, Dallas, TX, Rochester, NY. Living in all these different places has allowed me to appreciate the diveristy we have in our area.
At Berman & Masoud Orthodontics you are treated like family. I should know because I am Dr. Berman's older and wiser sister!

Patient Care Coordinator
I started at Berman and Masoud orthodontics over 16 years ago and consider this place my second home. Drs. Berman and Lee are excellent orthodontists and I am confident in and proud of the work they do.
I was born and raised in Bolivia and live here now with my son,Javier and our dog, Mayla. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors spending it with my family, spoiling my dog, salsa dancing, running, paddle boarding and drinking coffee.
Even though I consider this job my occupation, my work here at Berman & Masoud Orthodontics is my life's journey and passion.

Clinical Technician
I became a part of Berman & Masoud Orthodontics in 2013. As one of our orthodontic assistants, I work alongside the doctors while they take care of our patients. Since I have children of my own, I understand how important it is to be patient and gentle, and I treat all our patients how I would treat my own kids. I really enjoy working with our young patients and helping them achieve beautiful smiles.
When I am not busy being a wife and a mother, I can usually be found reading a book or playing tennis.

I have been with the practice for over 15 years and enjoy treating my patients and watching their progress. Drs. Berman & Lee treat me like family which gives me motivation to give the best possible care to all those that I treat. My team members and I all work well together to make our patients happy with their smiles.
When I am not working I love to spend time with my family. I have three wonderful daughters and a new granddaughter Olivia who is just 6 months old. I have a dog named Jake and he is my loyal companion. I enjoy being active in my church, doing Zumba and love to shop, especially for shoes.

I have been part of the Berman & Masoud Orthodontic team since 2016. I wear many hats in the office and love helping patients with imperfect teeth have their mouths transformed into beautiful smiles.
Previously I was a full time massage therapist and occasionally patients fall asleep while I adjust their braces and wake up saying that I have a gentle touch.
On my free time I enjoy hiking when its a beautiful day and cuddling up with my daughter on rainy days.

I am the newest member of the team and joined in early 2020. I feel it is so magical how Drs. Berman & Lee & staff improve smiles every day.. They are true professionals, extremely positive, passionate and supportive. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and pleasant.
On my free time I love hiking, playing with my son, reading, cooking, and watching TV series. I also love to learn new languages, thrillers and karaoke.
My inspiration is positive mind, positive vibes, positive life.
