Treatment Coordinator

    I am the Treatment Coordinator for the office, so I conduct new patient exams and consultations as well as overseeing billing, insurance, accounts and help oversee the front desk. I enjoy interacting with people, so I have the perfect job! I feel so much satisfaction when I have watched the transformation a patient goes through. They gain so much confidence and it is wonderful to be a part of that. I have worked in the practice for 13 years and love being a part of the team.

I have two children, Jabreil and Sarah, with my husband of 22 years, Jamal, and my two cats Princess and BJ.  In my free time, I enjoy spending it with my family, shopping, Biking and going to Zumba and Kickboxing classes.  I love going to the beach and I love to travel to Amman, Jordan.

Appointment Coordinator and Receptionist

I work at our front desk and am one of the first friendly, smiling faces our patients see when they come to visit our office. I am responsible for checking patients in and out and scheduling all appointments, both in person and over the phone. I do everything I can to make sure our patients’s orthodontic treatment fits in their schedule with as little disruption as possible. There is never a boring day in the office because we all love to have fun while creating beautiful smiles.

I was born in Roanoke, VA and raised in and currently reside in Centreville, VA. My free time is spent with family and friends, shopping, traveling, and relaxing.

 I have worked for Drs. Berman and Lee since 2002. I  am working as the doctors’ chairside assistant. Before I worked here I never would have imagined that a smile could so change people’s lives. I like working here because braces make big, straight and beautiful smiles. We all work very hard to make every patient happy. For us, the world always looks brighter from behind a smile.

I was born and raised in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, but I have lived in the USA for 15 years. My mother, a retired architect, and two kids live with me. My oldest daughter is 22 years old and in college, and my youngest, a special child, is 19 and really likes to listen to audio books and country music.

I take inventory of and order all the supplies we need, as well as assist the doctors chairside and maintain patient flow. Developing a strong relationship with our patients is the most enjoyable aspect of my job. When our patients start treatment, some have feelings of apprehension, but they all leave not only satisfied, but as our friends.

I have been married to my best friend, Jerry, for 14 years. We have a beautiful daughter, Camryn, and two loveable dogs, Patches and Callie, who complete our family. In my free time, I love doing anything that revolves around my family and friends.

Clinical Assistant

I have been with the practice for over five years and enjoy treating my patients and watching their progress. My duties include welcoming patients into the office, taking photos and impressions, placing archwires, and patient education. I love being busy and learning new things each day. We all work well together to make our patients happy with their smiles.

My husband, Alvaro, and I have three daughters, Paola, Claudia, and Sara, as well as a dog named Jake. I enjoy spending time with my family, am active in my church, and love to shop, especially for shoes.

Appointment Coordinator and Receptionist

 I started at Berman and Lee orthodontics over eight years ago assisting in the clinic and love helping to create ideal smiles for our patients.  I  now work our front desk, In addition I can also assist with clinical patient care as needed, I also can take new patient records and educate patients on good home care. Drs. Berman and Lee are excellent orthodontists and I am confident in and proud of the work they do.

I was born and raised in Bolivia and live here now with my son Javier and our dog, Mayla. My free time is happily spent with my family, spoiling my dog, dancing, and drinking coffee.

I recently joined the Berman and Lee team and am so excited to take advantage of this opportunity to serve others and learn something new. I get great satisfaction when I see the results of our patients, especially when they leave our office with confident, beautiful smiles. I am so greatful to Dr. Berman and Dr. Lee for all their patience with me, and for the advices and support they’ve given me to be comfortable and feel part of the team.

I was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico. My brother and Mom and Dad still live in Mexico. I love spending time with friends, talk with my family, shopping, reading, playing basketball, dancing, and learning new languages.

I have worked with this team for the past five years, helping to make adjustments to braces and giving our patients something to smile about. It’s been quite a learning experience and I’ve learned to relate to many different types of people. This office has a great, low-stress atmosphere and our entire team works together really well.

I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, shopping, exercising, and anything that involves cold weather. Most importantly, I love racing motorcycles.
