Once the orthodontic treatment plan has been formulated, the fee will be assigned. Treatment fees are generally paid over the estimated length of treatment, and our office manager will make financial arrangements that will accommodate your individual needs. For your convenience, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.

As a service to you, our office will submit charges for orthodontic treatment to your insurance company. We are a preferred provider with Delta and United Concordia. Please bring insurance forms with you at your initial visit, so they may be processed.
