Meet the Doctors

Scott Berman, DDS, MS

Dr. Scott Berman has practiced in northern Virginia since 1992. Dr. Berman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College of Virginia and completed his Orthodontic Residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He also completed a post-doctoral master’s degree in Oral Biology at the Medical College of Georgia.

Dr. Berman is Board Certified. Additionally, Dr. Berman is a staff orthodontist for the Center for Facial Rehabilitation at Fairfax Hospital. Dr. Berman is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Virginia Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Orthodontic Study Club, Tyson’s Corner Dental Study Club and the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Edwin Lee, DMD

Dr. Edwin Lee joined the practice in 2000. He attended the University of Toronto, where he received his B.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences and Microbiology. Dr. Lee studied at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and graduated Cum Laude with a D.M.D. degree. He received his orthodontic certification from Howard University College of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics.

Dr. Lee has won several awards, including the Certificate of Achievement for Superior Performance in Postgraduate Research and the Millennium 2000 Clinical Research Award from Howard University, the American Association of Orthodontists Award and the Department of Restoration Sciences/Biomaterials Removable Prosthodontics Award from Boston University.

Dr. Lee’s professional affiliations include the Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Orthodontic Study Club and Tyson’s Corner Dental Study Club. While away from the office, Dr. Lee volunteers at Fairfax Hospital. He also enjoys roller hockey, golf and coaching basketball.
